Responsibilities
Manage day‑to‑day licensing operations and partner relationships
Develop and support seasonal and annual licensing strategies
Draft deal memos and assist with negotiations
Oversee royalty and placement reporting
Analyze business trends and identify growth opportunities
Evaluate new licensors and brand opportunities
Coordinate with internal teams and licensor creative groups
Attend key meetings and trade shows
Qualification
Required
5+ years apparel licensing experience (children's apparel a plus)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines
Preferred
Simparel/Exenta experience preferred
Character licensing experience a plus
