Oversee the operations and performance across all TEG branch locations to drive consistent excellent service and achieve high-performing sales goals
Directly coaches and develops Branch Managers
Partners closely with senior leadership
Supports departments
Leading and motivating branch teams
Developing and implementing sales strategies
Monitoring compliance with policies
Driving member satisfaction
Ensuring smooth day-to-day interactions

Required

7+ years of progressive experience in branch banking leadership, sales, management, or retail financial services
Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent industry recognized certifications
Strong ability to coach, influence, and develop team leaders and frontline teams
High impact motivational leader cultivating excellence in a result oriented, member centric culture
Excellent communication and presentative skills with all levels of staff and leadership
Strong understanding of branch sales environment and products
Experience with performance metrics, reporting and data-driven decision making
