Responsibilities

Lead civil/site engineering for substation projects from feasibility to construction

Perform site feasibility studies (FEMA maps, surveys, aerials, hydrology)

Develop and review civil designs, reports, and technical documents

Coordinate with contractors and regulators to ensure code and permitting compliance

Prepare cost estimates, bid packages, and support contractor selection

Support construction with field visits, inspections, and constructability reviews
