Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with PM, Engineering, Sales, and other cross-functional leaders to inform strategy and support decisions across our Ads group
Transform large-scale datasets into actionable insights, using quantitative analysis, experimentation, and data mining to support product and business success
Define success metrics, track performance, and measure the impact of ML and product initiatives
Guide product decisions by uncovering trends, identifying opportunities, providing data-driven recommendations and driving product roadmaps
Serve as a subject matter expert, translating business questions into analytical work that drives decisions and identifies process improvements
Qualification
Required
Advanced degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, related field, or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of experience in statistical analysis and experimentation using Python, R, or equivalent, with strong skills in quantitative problem solving and understanding user behaviors and ecosystems
Strong experience transforming large-scale data into actionable insights
Bias for action, curiosity, and proactiveness, with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and explore patterns
Resilient and adaptable, navigating uncertainty and learning from setbacks, with an optimistic, solution-focused approach grounded in first-principles thinking
Preferred
Experience in AdTech, performance marketing, mobile games industry or SaaS (marketplace) products is a plus
Hands-on experience developing, deploying, or analyzing ML products and models in a production environment
