Promotes and upsells Cricket Wireless products and services to meet sales targets
Stays current on promotions, offers, and wireless trends to effectively educate customers
Provides basic technical support, including device setup and troubleshooting
Clearly explains billing procedures, account setup, and service options
Accurately processes transactions such as payments, activations, and upgrades
Maintains a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment
Supports team members to achieve overall store performance goals
Participates in ongoing training and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales strategies

Qualification
Required
Previous experience in sales or customer service required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
Strong time management and organizational abilities
Proven relationship-building skills and a willingness to receive and apply feedback
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Preferred
