Responsibilities
Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM environments including DEV, TEST, and PROD instances
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for configuration promotion and release management
Automate environment provisioning, refresh cycles, and Oracle quarterly update deployments
Monitor platform health using APM tools; implement alerting and incident response procedures
Manage Oracle Functional Setup Manager (FSM) migrations and sandbox promotions
Coordinate with Oracle Support on service requests, patches, and incident resolution
Implement infrastructure-as-code practices for repeatable environment configurations
Support FedRAMP compliance through security control implementation and evidence collection
Develop operational runbooks and maintain system documentation
Perform capacity planning and performance optimization for Oracle Cloud services
Participate in on-call rotation for production support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 4 years experience (additional experience may substitute)
3+ years experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, or Azure)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
Strong understanding of DevOps principles and SRE practices
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required)
Preferred
6+ years cloud/DevOps experience (for Senior/Lead positions)
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS administration
FedRAMP or federal cloud security experience
Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Oracle APM, Dynatrace)
ITIL certification or service management experience
Active Secret clearance or higher
