Responsibilities
Conduct real estate closings with accuracy and professionalism
Prepare, review, and finalize settlement documents
Communicate and coordinate with agents, lenders, attorneys, and clients
Guide clients throughout the closing process
Build and maintain strong connections within the real estate industry
Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and increase business
Maintain compliance with state and company requirements
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Settlement Officer (required)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable speaking in front of an audience
Strong relationship-building and client service abilities
Active Notary commission
