Director, Account Executive

Responsibilities
Manage Marketing / Measurement analysts driving standard reports and insights
Identify Marketing and industry analytics needs
Formulates recommendation for cross functional teams including Sales, Digital Marketing, Planning & Buying and Ad product
Oversees omnichannel efforts and aggregates all sources of insights to support Sales / Category strategy (incl., Digital and non-digital media efforts)
Engage with clients as a thought leader/contributor
Qualification
Required
Proven experience evaluating media performance and insights to provide thought leadership and recommendations for action
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written, presentation, people, and diplomacy skills
Executive presence and readiness to engage with C-suite leadership
Ability to oversee, lead, and develop team members cross functionally (ex. Category Marketing, Sales/Partnership Marketing, Data Science, Planning & Buying and Tech teams)
Ability to navigate with cross functional tech teams and managing tech solution architects for ad hoc development needs
Bias for action to manage and make decisions to advance the work in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required
5-7 years of experience in Digital Analytics Management, Digital Marketing Insights or Reporting Management role at a publisher, ad network, or retail media network in a consultative experience
5+ years of people management experience OR in a leadership individual contributor role
Experience with data visualization tools — (e.g., Tableau, Power BI.)
Retail analytics - Nielsen or IRI experience is a plus; basic to intermediate level of SQL knowledge is a plus
Expert in analytical tools and statistical models, with ability to create a system for data science translation into business terms and derive a story and strategy from data and a deep understanding of
