Mid LevelAIT Global Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Design & Development Engineer to join their engineering team and make a direct impact on engine design, development, and failure mode analysis. The role involves working on engine systems, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with various teams to improve design outcomes.

Responsibilities
Engine systems, subsystems, and component design & failure investigations
Root cause analysis of cylinder head/block cracks, coolant & oil leakage, white smoke issues
Collaboration with Testing, Quality, Reliability, Service, and Application teams
Metallographic structure studies to support design improvements
Support VPI, VPC, PQC programs and field-based power cylinder or engine block issues
Own design-side problem resolution and document outcomes through structured design reviews
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in engine design & failure mode avoidance
Proven product problem-solving and verification & validation expertise
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate technical design intent clearly
