Responsibilities
Proactively identify and secure new clients through warm and cold outreach
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with shippers, carriers, and partners
Quote daily shipment requests with confidence and precision
Communicate transparently and effectively during transit, resolving issues swiftly
Manage shipments end-to-end — from pick-up to delivery and billing — with pinpoint accuracy
Stay ahead of market trends by analyzing freight conditions and adjusting strategies accordingly
Expand your pipeline with qualified leads and maintain a robust sales funnel
Collaborate with management on pricing strategies and account development plans
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and activity goals
Deliver a customer experience rooted in integrity, professionalism, and genuine care
