Move United is a pioneering organization in adaptive sports, and they are seeking a USA Wheelchair Football League Intern to support sport development and athletic league leadership. The role involves assisting with event logistics, tracking trends in adaptive sport, and providing general support to the USAWFL Program Manager.

Responsibilities

Support USA Wheelchair Football League programs (clinic and tournament logistics including marketing, registration, travel support, inventory management and purchasing, facility management and ops, and sponsor activation)
Support league growth efforts by tracking new trends in adaptive sport as well as football and keeping track of potential expansion team leads
Travel to and support events as required including driving multi-passenger vans (may include weekends)
Assist with Move United database entries and online registration system
Answer phone and email general inquires
Maintain event registration websites
Shipping and mailing, including large or heavy boxes
Assist other Move United staff with projects, as assigned

Required

Enrolled in or completed college/university
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint) and the ability to use general office equipment

Benefits

$50 daily meal per diem during events/travel
All travel expenses to events are paid
Adaptive sports training and education
