Responsibilities

Own hands-on media buying, optimization, strategy, reporting and account structure for all paid media channels (Meta, Google, Youtube, TikTok, etc)

Manage and hold accountable paid agencies and freelancers; ensure alignment to KPIs, testing frameworks, and budget pacing

Reconcile data across all platforms & analytics tools, building reporting frameworks & onboarding more advanced data platforms

Design and execute structured testing frameworks (budget, duration, success criteria)

Partner closely with creative & digital teams, ensuring alignment across the full funnel experience

Required

4+ years of performance marketing experience with hands-on execution on Meta

Experience managing $500k+/month paid media budgets

Bias toward incrementality and disciplined testing

Strong analytical skills; must have experience analyzing and interpreting data

Experience working with MTA platforms such as Northbeam or TripleWhale

Team player with the ability to collaborate and work well with others

Highly motivated, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment
