Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for multiple entities
Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and accruals
Assist with cash management, budgeting, and forecasting
Support tax compliance and coordinate with outside CPA firms on individual, partnership, and trust filings
Maintain accounting records for investment partnerships, operating companies, and personal entities
Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for principals and the Controller
Ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2 or more years of experience in public accounting, ideally at a Big 4 or national firm
Strong foundation in GAAP and tax fundamentals
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion
Strong Excel and accounting systems proficiency
Ability to work in a small, entrepreneurial environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred
CPA or CPA track preferred
