Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, client-facing proposals, RFP responses, pitch decks, and presentations that directly support revenue growth and business development success
Elevate the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of Stout’s sales materials through strong storytelling, visual design, and brand alignment
Enable sales and practice teams to respond efficiently and confidently to client opportunities by providing polished, persuasive deliverables
Strengthen collaboration across sales, marketing, design, and subject matter experts to ensure messaging is accurate, compelling, and client-focused
Improve proposal processes and content accessibility to increase speed, quality, and scalability across the Go-to-Market organization
Draft, assemble, and refine RFP responses, proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and other sales materials
Partner with business development leaders, practice leaders, and subject matter experts to gather inputs and tailor messaging to target audiences
Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate strategy, differentiators, and client value
Apply brand standards and best practices in visual design, layout, and information hierarchy across all deliverables
Provide creative recommendations and design options that enhance the impact and clarity of sales presentations
Coordinate timelines, manage feedback, and oversee revisions through final delivery
Partner with internal designers, marketing, and practice teams to align messaging and ensure design and content quality
Organize and maintain a centralized repository of sales materials, templates, and presentation assets
Support content tagging, versioning, and archiving to ensure materials are easy to find and reuse
Document proposal best practices, checklists, and process standards
Identify opportunities to refine proposal workflows to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in proposal development, presentation design, sales enablement, consulting, marketing, or a related field
Proven experience creating professional proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations in an in-house, agency, or freelance environment
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint
Experience using modern graphic design tools and presentation design best practices
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive messaging
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work under tight deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams in a remote or hybrid setting
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, design, marketing, or a related field preferred
Background in professional services, financial advisory, or management consulting firms preferred
