Responsibilities
Interact with business users to understand the requirements
Provide the technical solution for requirements based on the defined architecture and guidelines
Participate in overall application architecture and solutioning
Estimating work items using know estimation techniques and planning the work
Create/maintain the dev artefacts
Support the release activity
Perform code reviews to maintain a defect free and quality code base
Hands on coding and guiding the dev team in implementing the technical solutions
Involve and oversee QA efforts and defining the QA strategy
Take lead in gathering and reporting the daily status to onsite client management
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of design patterns like Factory, Adapter, etc
Experience in implementing SOLID principles, DDD, Clean architecture
Strong experience in .NET Framework, ASP.Net 4 or above. Web API
Good understanding of VB.NET and C# and working with heterogenous code base
Good understanding of JavaScript frameworks, Bootstrap, JQuery etc
Strong understanding of RDBMS database using SQL Server and SQL programming
Should have a confidence to refactor and modernize the code base
Must have experience in technical design documentation, coding standards and implement those
Understanding of best, performance oriented & maintainable coding practices
Understanding of functional testing using BDD is a plus
Experience in Agile Scrum methodology
Should have good communication
