They are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities, ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient internal workflows.

Responsibilities
Coordinating daily workflow with financial advisors and client service managers within a shared service pool
Serving as backup support to the front desk as needed
Managing service calls and client communications with professionalism
Maintaining accurate client records and account information using Salesforce or a similar CRM system
Preparing, submitting, and tracking client forms and applications
Monitoring and tracking pending asset transfers, transactions, and money movements
Managing alerts and completing assigned workflows in a timely manner
Updating client profiles and financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handling signature processes and document tracking
Preparing and processing financial forms such as tax withholding, beneficiary changes, and wires
Running reports and assisting with client outreach initiatives
Supporting new client onboarding and CRM data management
Submitting new business applications and monitoring pending transactions
Assisting with additional tasks and projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree
Minimum 2 years experience in a project management, account management, customer service, or client relationship support role
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and manage detailed records accurately
Ability to follow compliance guidelines and support advisor practices
Willingness to learn, grow in the role, and obtain licensing in the future if required
Preferred
Experience working within the financial services industry
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Experience supporting financial advisors, client service managers, or client service operations
