Lead brake press department - coach, train and instruct other team members
Set up and operate press brake and related equipment
Willingness to cross train and perform other job tasks when necessary
Follow and maintain strict adherence to safety regulations/maintain safe work area
Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures
Strong work ethic

Brake press setupSupervisory experienceMathematical skillsTeam playerPositive attitude

Required

3+ years of brake press set up experience
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
High School diploma or GED required
Team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude
Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform precise measurements using a tape measure

Preferred

Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
A certificate from college or technical school is a plus
