Responsibilities

Lead fundraising efforts with family offices, HNWIs, RIAs, and institutional investors
Manage the full fundraising cycle from prospecting through onboarding
Expand investor relationships across South Florida and Latin America
Act as primary contact for current and prospective investors
Provide ongoing updates on fund performance and investment strategy
Build long-term, trust-based investor relationships
Identify new investor channels and relationship opportunities
Monitor investor trends to tailor messaging and positioning
Partner with investment and leadership teams to align fundraising strategy
Support creation of pitch decks, presentations, and investor communications

Required

5+ years in capital raising, investor relations, or business development

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Preferred

Spanish fluent
MBA or CFA
