Sales Development Representative
INTEGRITY Security Services LLC is a cybersecurity company seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build a qualified pipeline of potential partners. The role involves prospecting partners, developing relationships, and contributing to lead generation strategies while working closely with the sales team.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with your Sales Director to conduct outbound prospecting activities within target accounts through calls, emails, and social media to identify and connect with qualified leads, including weekly calls to review the target accounts and personas with your SD
Research and understand target markets, products, and competitor landscapes
Ask insightful questions to effectively qualify leads and assess their needs
Schedule qualified appointments for SDs
Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and data entry in our CRM system
Contribute to the development and refinement of lead generation strategies, while being flexible to new tools/responsibilities in this role
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity
Report weekly activity to Business Development Director to review target to quota
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of CRM solutions and lead management tools (i.e. HubSpot, LI Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to satisfy clients and prospects' explicit needs
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage pipeline and prioritize leads
Timely and consistent response to potential customers
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
Ability to adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
