Employee Benefits Account Executive
Brown & Brown is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to join their growing team. The role involves managing and growing client relationships within the employee benefits sector by designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive benefits programs.
Responsibilities
Review and coordinate annual renewals with employers/coordinate with producer
Requesting alternate quotes as needed
Add additional lines of coverage as needed
Present the annual employee renewal information
Maintain client services throughout the year
Update our client system, policies, and files for assigned clients
Maintain all required documentation needed for compliance for each employer
Continue professional development
Qualification
Required
Life and Health License
High School diploma or GED
Proficient with MS Office Suite
REBC certified
Preferred
Life & Health Designation (RHU, CISR, CIC)
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a Finance or Business-related field
