Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across IT, Engineering, Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, and Automation
Source, screen, and qualify candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver top-quality candidates
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding
Maintain accurate documentation and ATS records
Stay updated on US hiring trends, visa types, and compliance requirements
Qualification
Required
1–5+ years of experience in US Technical Recruiting
Strong understanding of the US job market, hiring processes, and candidate sourcing strategies
Experience recruiting for technical roles (IT, Engineering, Pharma, Biotech, Medical Devices, Automation, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
