Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the user community and the IT Department for EDI needs
Develop functional and detailed specifications, with assistance from the IT programming group, when required
Provide support for the Shipping Department, utilizing RESOLV
Maintain UCC128 labels as required by customers utilizing Crystal reports
Assist in the transition to SAP Business One and manage day-to-day operations once implemented
Utilize Alluvia for integration and data management tasks as needed
Maintain all Crystal Report layouts in SAP Business One
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science or related
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent field work is required
Must be able to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks
Preferred
ALUVIA/Sap Business One knowledge is highly preferred, but not required
JD Edwards knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of AS/400 is a plus
Knowledge of SQL Server is a plus
