Responsibilities
Assist ERP IT Management / IT Director with daily IT function operations
Prepare management reports using PowerPoint and Excel
Organize team meetings, set agendas, moderate discussions, track and follow up on action items
Publish project progress reviews and conduct recurring project meetings
Track departmental contracts, Statements of Work, and purchase orders
Collaborate with IT management, procurement, and vendors for CDAs, MSAs, and renewals
Manage vendor onboarding and compliance paperwork
Coordinate contract reviews with procurement and legal teams
Facilitate contract signatures and create purchase orders
Track contract and PO progress, goods receipts, and accruals with finance
Provide management reporting on contracts (plan vs actuals, variances, delays)
Follow up with suppliers on PO and invoicing issues
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Visio, SharePoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills
Working knowledge of procurement applications (SAP, iCertis, Ariba, ServiceNow, DocuSign)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred
3–5 years of experience in IT Business Analyst or PMO roles
Prior experience in ERP or IT project environments
Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes
