Fox Rothschild is seeking a Marketing CRM Intern to support the Technology/CRM Team within their Business Development & Marketing Department. The main responsibility will involve maintaining the Firm's internal database of contacts through online research and data management tasks.

Responsibilities

Processing data change tickets in the firm’s CRM (InterAction) and conducting research to ensure information is accurate and current

Using InterAction to identify and merge potential duplicate contacts

Pulling reports to identify the attorneys who have relationships to specific individuals or companies

Assisting in adding or deleting contacts in InterAction as directed by the Technology Team

Providing general support to the Technology/CRM Team
