Responsibilities

Bridge the gap between business needs and technical vendor solutions, focusing on creation, refinement and management of documentation related to AI-driven products and solutions
Gather requirements, ensure epics and stories support the product roadmaps and ensure AI documentation and data algorithms are accurate and align to the client's governance policies and templates
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for AI initiatives
Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Develop comprehensive documentation for AI models, algorithms, and data processes, making complex concepts accessible to non-technical stakeholders
Facilitate communication between business users, data scientists, developers, and other cross-functional teams
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed specifications to guide development and testing efforts
Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery of AI-related projects
Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and ethical guidelines in AI documentation
Monitor AI product performance and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
Provide training and support to business users on AI tools, workflows, and documentation practices

Required

Commercial/ corporate Card domain expertise
Experience with TSYS mainframe
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role, preferably in AI or technology-focused projects
Proven experience in creating, managing, and updating technical documentation for AI products
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and documentation platforms
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, data analysis, and cloud-based solutions
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business documentation
Business Analyst/Product Owner with experience in AI/model documentation
Agile tools (Jira)
Agile Scrum Master
Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and AI model lifecycle management
Knowledge of data governance, security and compliance in AI implementations
Familiarity with API documentation and integration processes
Certification in Agile (SAFe, POPM)
