Responsibilities
Design and define overall Salesforce architectural solutions
Evaluate and recommend technology stack changes to meet business needs
Collaborate with interface and integration teams (SAP, GBI, MuleSoft) for interface design
Conduct architecture and solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
Guide and mentor offshore development teams, ensuring proper analysis and documentation
Review and validate technical deliverables from development teams
Break down complex systems into scalable, manageable components
Recommend appropriate software, hardware, and integration strategies
Work with business leads to define application roadmaps and high-level execution plans
Qualification
Required
10+ years of Salesforce experience
Strong background in Salesforce Architecture and Solution Design
Salesforce
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Triggers
Litify (Mandatory / Strongly Preferred)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills required
Experience in Litify-based Salesforce implementations is a major plus
