Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
(Relevant experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis)
8+ years of experience on government IT projects as a Software Developer/Engineer
8+ years of experience building and optimizing SQL statements and stored procedures
3+ years supporting Water Quality/Safety Information Systems (government preferred)
Working knowledge of ASP.NET, .NET, C#, HTML, and CSS
Preferred
Experience implementing, configuring and supporting SDWIS, Water Quality Exchange (WQX), SWIFT, and DW–SFTIES
Experience with Apache Tomcat and Java
Experience working/collaborating with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
Experience using service/help desk ticket platforms and Microsoft Office products
