Contributes to national sales team and marketing plans to achieve sales goals and revenue and margin growth
Be an active participant and contributor to national sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key national accounts, institutional sales, private label programs etc ensuring satisfaction and driving retention. Secure new profitable pickle sales and revenue growth

Qualification
Required
A proven track record of success in sales and revenue growth, often requiring several years of experience in sales and customer relationship management
The ability to think strategically, understand the competitive landscape, and develop effective sales approaches
Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for influencing stakeholders and closing deals
Participate as a team player with sales and other departments
A deep understanding of the pickle industry, market trends, and competitor landscape
Often a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a Master's degree sometimes expected for advancement
