Responsibilities
Plan and design power distribution, lighting, and communications systems
Develop Electric Vehicle Charging Systems, fire detection and alarm, and security building systems
Work on highway and airfield lighting and control systems
Manage all project phases, including planning, design, specifications, team coordination construction documents, bidding, and inspection
Conduct code analysis, maintain client relations, and interact with contractors and other consultants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required
6 - 10 years of electrical design experience in commercial, industrial and institutional building facilities
Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office
Superior organizational and interpersonal skills to work effectively as a team, develop and maintain client relations, meet project demands and schedules
Preferred
PE licensure or passing of FE exam preferred
Sustainable design experience with LEED accreditation a plus
