Warehouse Production Manager II
Planet Aid Inc is seeking a Warehouse Production Manager II to oversee all aspects of warehouse production operations. The role involves managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, and implementing strategies for efficiency and continuous improvement in production and logistics.

Responsibilities
Directs daily production operations of the department and participates in all aspects of warehouse/production, including operating forklifts and bailers
Manages all warehouse staff: hire, train, schedule, assign, discipline, conduct performance reviews, and recommend salary adjustments and/or promotions
Oversees the maintenance of the facilities, equipment, and supplies
Monitors equipment and implements improvements to maintain warehouse productivity and efficiency
Maintains warehouse safety programs in order to provide a safe and clean workplace for employees within the regulations of all OSHA, local, and state laws
Manages disposal of waste
Manages the Business Unit Recycling Program
Analyzes and implements process flow improvements, to include capabilities for growth
Monitors and reports production key performance indicators ( KPIs ) and manages inventory
Meets production goals while adhering to the labor and equipment budget
Manages inventory, invoicing, and loading for outgoing shipping
Coordinates inventory movement between satellite facilities
Prepares warehouse productivity reports for management

Promote teamwork and cooperative effort
Help train and give guidance to other Planet Aid employees
Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area
Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes
Qualification
Required
Education: Associates degree or two (2) additional years of experience in the field
Minimum Experience: Four (4+) years of warehouse, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, or logistics experience; Three (3+) years of supervisory experience preferably in a similar setting
Forklift experience required, OSHA Forklift certification preferred
Must hold a valid driver's license and be insurable according to Planet Aid's guidelines
Ability to operate a personal computer and use Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Ability to operate bin scale system for truck unloading
Ability to use fork truck for loading/unloading
Preferred
OSHA Forklift certification preferred
Industrial equipment maintenance and/or bailer operation experience preferred
