Responsibilities
Build and operate production-grade agentic and multi-agent systems
Design evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails to ensure reliable, safe AI behavior
Develop private AI platform capabilities including fine-tuning and inference/runtime optimization
Implement policy controls, auditability, and rollback for production AI
Build APIs and tooling that make AI easy to deploy across services and customer environments
Partner with data and infrastructure teams to meet real constraints around latency, cost, and reliability
Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar
Qualification
Required
6+ years building production software systems
Strong in distributed systems, reliability, and performance
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, REST/gRPC APIs, and production rollout/rollback
Hands-on with evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails for AI in production
Strong engineering judgment, clear communication, and an ownership mindset
Preferred
AI platform experience strongly preferred
