Responsibilities
Define and execute product strategy aligned with business objectives
Collaborate with engineering, design, operations and business stakeholders to oversee end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver high-quality products
Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder communication
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in product management roles
Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and large-scale technical products
Ability to gather and analyze data to solve unique problems
Ability to adapt to rapidly shifting priorities in fast-paced environment
Ability to evaluate and communicate complex technical content in a clear manner
Strong facilitation, organizational, prioritization, decision making, and conflict resolution skills to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, including technical, non-technical, external and internal stakeholders
Extraordinarily detail-oriented with excellent organization skills
Ability to operate effectively with limited supervision
Self-starter with a high level of initiative
Strong sense of ownership and urgency
