5+ years expCall Quest Solution is seeking an experienced Automation Quality Analyst to join their quality engineering team. This role focuses on API testing, test automation, and quality assurance for enterprise applications.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for web and API-based applications
Perform comprehensive API testing using Postman , including functional, integration, and regression testing
Create and maintain Postman collections, environments, and automated assertions
Validate RESTful APIs, request/response payloads, and backend business logic
Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and define test strategies
Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Perform regression testing to ensure system stability across releases
Contribute to test documentation, test plans, and quality metrics
Advocate for quality best practices across the SDLC
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Test Automation
Strong hands-on experience with Postman for API testing
Experience testing RESTful APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE)
Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, etc.)
Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Experience with SQL and database validation
Experience with performance or basic load testing tools
Knowledge of cloud-based applications and microservices architectures
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, insurance)
