Responsibilities
Repair, overhaul, and pressure testing where appropriate, all MPD equipment including lines, valves, chokes, instrumentation, and hydraulic systems as per company standards
Troubleshoot software, firmware, and hardware problems both on site and remotely
Inspect all equipment used and perform preventive maintenance checks and service
Maintain company issued tools and develop knowledge and skill in their use
Extensive travel to customer’s locations and field support of on-going operations will be required
Install, function test, and operate the MPD Control System on rigs
Calibrate, document, troubleshoot, and repair/replace instrumentation for systems that measure and control level, temperature, pressure, flow, and other process variables
Perform maintenance and system checks on the MPD equipment
Document and report all equipment problems, maintenance, repairs, and transfers
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of field service experience
First Aid Certification
H2S Certification
Forklift Certification
Fall Arrest Certification
Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Mechanically inclined and able to implement mechanical knowledge and skill
Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines requiring minimal supervision
Organized, dependable and action oriented
Maintenance processes and procedures
Mechanical tools and equipment
Electronic, hydraulic and instrumentation systems
Quality control requirements
Reliable Personal Transportation and ability to work 'on call' schedule

Previous experience with API Requirements
Relevant post secondary education
