Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and identify ERP optimization opportunities
Lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and support of D365 modules
Act as subject matter expert for ERP systems and business processes
Configure user roles, permissions, and segregation of duties (SOD)
Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Train end users and provide ongoing ERP support
Partner with infrastructure and development teams to monitor and improve system performance
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and user stories
Manage and prioritize backlog; participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies
Define acceptance criteria and support testing and deployment activities
Communicate delivery timelines and expectations to business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
3+ years of ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
Hands-on experience with ERP implementations, migrations, integrations, and ISVs
Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations
Experience working in Agile environments (Azure DevOps preferred)
Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear functional solutions
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Dynamics 365 certifications (Trade & Logistics, Production Control preferred)
Experience in Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Distribution modules
Knowledge of accounting processes and operational integrations
Experience supporting or designing solutions in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with Lean, ITIL, and Agile methodologies
