The Enterprise Technology & Digital Systems Analyst will be responsible for modernizing the technology ecosystem across enterprise IT and manufacturing systems, ensuring reliability and security as the company progresses through Industry 4.0 transformation.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute the enterprise IT roadmap covering networks, endpoints, identity, cloud, cybersecurity, and remote access
Architect and enhance Active Directory, Microsoft 365, security controls, patching, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
Define and enforce IT standards, policies, SLAs, and cybersecurity best practices
Manage vendor evaluation, selection, contracting, and cost‑effective delivery
Mentor internal IT talent; elevate uptime, service quality, and user experience
Identify and mitigate risks, technical debt, and scalability constraints proactively
Own ERP/MES governance, including system integration strategy, data models, and functional design for manufacturing, quality, scheduling, and inventory
Deploy and optimize shop‑floor systems (production tracking, scheduling, MES/SCADA integrations, dashboards)
Standardize production data collection, OEE, downtime codes, and KPI frameworks for real‑time operational visibility
Implement digital work instructions, traceability workflows, quality systems, and real‑time analytics across operations
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to align systems with true manufacturing processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years in IT, Manufacturing IT, OT, automation, or plant‑floor technology leadership
Experience with ERP/MES platforms (Odoo, Infor, SAP preferred)
Programming background (Java, Python, C++)
Familiarity with PLC/SCADA systems, industrial networking, cloud/edge architectures, and cybersecurity frameworks
Deep understanding of digital manufacturing, MES integrations, and plant‑floor data systems
Ability to architect, govern, and maintain enterprise‑class IT and OT environments
Strong understanding of Enterprise IT infrastructure, application, integration and data architecture
