5+ years expKoho Consulting is a fast-growing implementation partner for a range of CLM tools, seeking a Senior CLM Project Manager to lead implementation projects for SMBs to Enterprise customers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, driving communication between Koho and client stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities
Manage multiple implementation projects for customers that range in complexity and size
Lead the planning and implementation of a broad, coordinated set of deliverables to meet the goals and priorities of the client
Identify, develop, and initiate innovations and solutions where precedents and procedures may not exist
Work cross-functionally (typically with senior management) to offer alternate solutions and resolve more complex problems
Act as the primary driver of communication (including broad-based/complex communications) between Koho Consulting and Client Project teams/stakeholders
Manage the priorities and workload of the Koho Consulting Project team to ensure that Koho’s commitments are met
Lead timely resolution of key issues, decisions, escalations, and risks
Closely track and monitor finances to deliver projects on or under budget; develop forecasted/monthly budgets for enterprise projects
Create and manage detailed project schedules that include deliverables, processes, and contingencies for each team to execute on
Help identify and fix deficiencies in processes and procedures that impede the smooth implementation of projects
Review, understand, and ensure that the project team adheres to the client agreements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of project management experience, ideally as a 3rd party Systems Integrator
2+ years of experience with CLM Tools, such as Agiloft
Experience leading meetings and presenting to executives
Experience with Accelo, Microsoft Office & SharePoint
Exceptional organization skills and ability to prioritize
Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively with others
Effective communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback and have difficult conversations with external and internal teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify unique solutions to complex problems
Preferred
PMP Certification preferred
CLM Certifications preferred
