This position is a key member of the Accounting team responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accounts payable records, and assisting with month-end close.

Responsibilities
Process high volume invoices on a 3 way match basis
Entering and coding invoices into QuickBooks/Microsoft Dynamics
Maintain an accurate AP Aging Schedule
Month-end accruals and assist with close
Answer vendor inquiries
Process expense reports
Preparing assigned vendor invoices for payment
Researching discrepancies between accounts or invoices
Preparing journal entries
May assist with special projects
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience
Experience with QuickBooks and/or Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to process high volume invoices on a 3 way match basis
Ability to enter and code invoices into QuickBooks/Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to maintain an accurate AP Aging Schedule
Ability to perform month-end accruals and assist with close
Ability to answer vendor inquiries
Ability to process expense reports
Ability to prepare assigned vendor invoices for payment
Ability to research discrepancies between accounts or invoices
Ability to prepare journal entries
