Director of Sales Operations, Americas
INSIGHTEC is seeking a Director of Sales Operations to enable sales effectiveness and operational excellence across the Americas region. This role involves optimizing sales processes, improving forecast accuracy, and delivering actionable insights to support commercial business objectives.
Responsibilities
Own sales operational workflows including quoting, pricing approvals, contracting, forecasting, opportunity management and associated reporting
Build and maintain dashboards, reporting for sales performance and pipeline health and performance KPI’s
Support CRM (Salesforce) data integrity and system optimization
Lead automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Finance, and Operations
Provide analytical support for territory planning and incentive compensation
Develop training materials and documentation for sales tools and processes
Own Americas order processing workflows and data accuracy
Qualification
Required
10+ years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or Commercial Operations
Bachelor's degree required
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Guided selling tools and Microsoft Excel
Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills
Preferred
Startup and medical device industry experience strongly preferred
MBA preferred
