New Grad, Entry LevelTrinity Logistics is seeking a Business Development Representative to build relationships with prospective customers and provide exceptional service. This role involves initial inside sales, cold calling, and eventually managing customer accounts to meet their transportation needs.

Find and pursue leads for new customers to ship with Trinity
Build and manage a book of business as an account manager
Provide top-notch service to prospective customers
Overcome objections and challenges in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Superior interpersonal and communication skills; problem solving and decision making
Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business data and reports, as well as ability to write reports and professional business correspondence
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with CRM and BI systems helpful and generally strong computer skills
Ability to learn new software and computer systems
Disciplined organizational and multi-tasking skills required with a strong attention to detail
Demonstrates the ability to connect with others on a personal level to create an openness and trust in the relationship whether with team members, customers or stakeholders
