Responsibilities
Lead the definition and ongoing evolution of UI architecture for web and mobile applications
Provide technical and architectural direction to development teams in an agile environment
Build and maintain Angular-centric UI frameworks and component libraries
Partner with backend and data teams to optimize API efficiency and performance
Establish scalable UI patterns, coding standards, and governance models
Mentor engineering teams on frontend best practices and performance improvements
Collaborate with UX to ensure smooth design-to-development alignment
Drive adoption of modern UI technologies including micro-frontends and low-code/no-code approaches
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in UI architecture and component library development
Strong expertise with Angular, plus modern frontend frameworks
Solid hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, and responsive UI design
Experience building micro-frontend architectures and composable UIs
Familiarity with GraphQL, API optimization, and advanced performance tuning
Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, WCAG accessibility, and UI performance
10+ years of experience in UI/software engineering and architecture
Preferred
Experience with React or React Native
Knowledge of SSR/SSG, Module Federation, and advanced bundling techniques
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-based delivery
Prior involvement in design systems & scalable component governance
