Responsibilities
Serve as an active member of an Agile delivery team
Execute test plans, controls, and testing activities using industry‑accepted methodologies
Plan, design, and develop test cases for assigned applications and systems
Execute test cases to certify builds, enhancements, and new features
Evaluate application usability and functionality
Develop comprehensive test conditions and test cases for new products, processes, and system enhancements
Validate test results, document defects, and follow through on issue resolution
Track and report defect status and testing progress to management
Identify gaps between user applications and established standards
Recommend modifications to align with organizational standards
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of QA testing experience supporting software, system, or application testing
Strong working knowledge of software and control testing methodologies, tools, and platforms
Hands‑on experience with test planning, test design, and execution
Working knowledge of Selenium Grid
Experience designing and executing both manual and automated tests
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑resolution skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to make sound decisions and quality recommendations
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
