Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy mobile applications
Maintain mobile app codebases, libraries, and dependencies
Implement security updates and ensure compliance with DHS standards
Support integration with backend systems, APIs, and analytics tools
Participate in accessibility testing and remediation for mobile platforms
Collaborate with UX designers to implement compliant, user-centered designs
Support release coordination with hosting providers and system owners
Provide documentation required for SELC, ATO, and ongoing operations
Participate in after-hours and surge support during disaster events

Required

5+ years of mobile application development experience

Experience working in regulated or security-conscious environments
Experience supporting public-sector or emergency response applications
Familiarity with AWS-backed mobile services
Experience integrating analytics and monitoring tools into mobile apps
