Responsibilities
Install, commission, and test Ericsson Basebands (BB6651, BB6648, BB6630) and DUS41 Controllers
Perform E911 call testing and data speed testing
Read and interpret Cross Connect Sheets and RFDS
Installation, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of Fiber, Ethernet, grounding, and AC/DC cabling
Load software and scripts for system configuration
Provide on-site troubleshooting support as needed
Complete close-out documentation and track installed/decommissioned assets
Maintain detailed activity and issue logs
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work overnight shifts, and travel within the assigned market
Qualification
Required
Ericsson Certified Field Integrator (Required)
3+ years of Ericsson Integration experience (Required)
Minimum 6–12 months of commissioning and integration experience
Previous experience at AT&T HUB locations
Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems, Cell Site Routers, and OEM cabinets
Experience uploading software and scripts
Must own personal hand tools
Strong communication skills
Proactive in work, highly organized, with strong coordination and collaboration skills across field teams, engineers, and project stakeholders

Valid driver's license
Must pass background check and drug test
Willingness to travel within respective market
