Educational Background: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or MBA in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Professional Experience: Minimum 5+ years in Quality Assurance (Testing), with proven experience collaborating with client stakeholders and delivering high-quality outcomes
Domain Expertise: Significant hands-on experience in testing within the Financial Services Industry, particularly Fixed Income trading workflows
Technical Proficiency: Strong SQL skills for data validation and backend testing
Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in Playwright (or similar modern web automation tools)
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with TypeScript, Page Object Model (POM), MongoDB, GitHub, and Jenkins for automation and CI/CD integration
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in UI testing with Puppeteer
Technical Proficiency: Experience building or maintaining UI automation frameworks
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with test case management tools like JIRA + XRay and agile methodologies
Trading Platform Knowledge: Bring deep understanding of FSI trading platforms (e.g., Polaris), fixed income products such as bonds and derivatives, and demonstrate clear knowledge of the trade settlement life cycle to validate end-to-end functionality
QA Process Leadership: Proven ability to establish and implement QA processes, including comprehensive manual testing strategies and regression suites for critical applications
Delivery Excellence: Demonstrated track record of delivering projects successfully in an agile environment, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to SLAs/TATs
