Sales Executive
LHH Recruitment Solutions is a renowned industry leader specializing in temporary and permanent recruitment within the fields of accounting and finance. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing market accounts by engaging in proactive outside sales activities and nurturing client relationships.
Responsibilities
Conduct effective business development initiatives including prospecting and qualifying clients, building robust client relationships, marketing candidates, and identifying cross-selling opportunities
Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities in the company CRM system in real-time
Visit prospective and existing clients on-site to foster business growth within the designated market
Sell talent solutions to prospective clients requiring temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire recruiting support
Devise and execute daily call plans, campaigns, and sales action plans to meet activity expectations, generate new business, and expand the existing client base
Keep Bullhorn (our CRM tool) updated with accurate and current client profiles
Collaborate with internal teams for effective information sharing and account maintenance
Stay updated on competitor/market knowledge and monitor candidate pool data regarding competitive salaries
Negotiate bill rates and pricing to maintain targeted profit margins
Ensure compliance with company policies and federal/state employment laws
Uphold the core values of respect, responsibility, honesty, and integrity in all interactions with clients, candidates, vendors, and colleagues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Alternatively, a combination of post-high school education and relevant professional work experience equivalent to six (6) years may be considered in lieu of a degree
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to establish and nurture effective working relationships
Adaptability to changes in the business environment
Commitment to quality and customer service
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Problem-solving skills with a focus on creative solutions
Business acumen and market insight
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
Familiarity with sales trends, best practices, and methodologies within the staffing and workforce solutions industries
