Responsibilities
Provide legal support to clients and assist Shareholders
Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and clarity
Developing thoughtful and effective litigation strategies
Conduct legal research
Negotiate settlements
Defend worker’s compensation claims at hearing
Reviewing documentation and preparing reports while providing updates to attorneys and clients
Continue to develop an understanding of Workers Comp rules and regulations by participating in approved continued education programs
Ensuring confidentiality
Qualification
Required
Accredited Law Degree
License to Practice Law in the State of Wisconsin
Ability to organize data, multi-task and make decisions independently and timely
Preferred
Zero to three years of experience
Performed well in law school and/or the work environment
Past worker's compensation experience
