Responding to a consistent flow of service calls being dispatched
Maintaining confident communication with customers
Documenting and reporting findings/work performed
Qualification
Required
Experience in service & installation of loading dock/material handling products
Ability to travel daily to customer locations
Installation of new dock and door equipment
Troubleshooting and diagnosing customer equipment
Providing a high level of customer service
Working with electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repairs and installations
Ability to adapt to a changing work schedule
Maintaining confident communication with customers
Documenting and reporting findings/work performed
Technical competence
Preferred
3 or more years' experience as a material handling technician
