Responsibilities
Expediting orders to make sure everything’s on track
Answering phone calls and assisting customers with questions
Entering data and keeping records accurate and up to date
Helping with general office tasks and lending a hand wherever it’s needed
Qualification
Required
Someone friendly, organized, and dependable
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and keeping details straight
Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
Basic computer skills (especially Excel, Outlook, and Word)
Preferred
Previous admin or customer service experience is a plus but not required
