Responsibilities
On-site installation of approximately 8,000 client systems and associated peripherals
Deinstallation of legacy equipment
Perform peer-to-peer data migration (typically <1GB per machine)
Remove packaging and assist with workstation cleanup
Report daily activities to onsite team lead
Maintain a professional demeanor while working in clinical or office environments
Qualification
Required
0–6 months of experience with basic IT support (imaging, troubleshooting, break-fix, peripheral setup)
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a structured deployment team
Reliable transportation is required—suburban sites are not public transit accessible
Professional appearance: polos, khakis, appropriate shoes (no jeans, sneakers, shorts, or t-shirts)
Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
Must pass background check if required by site
Preferred
Geek Squad, Year Up, college IT help desk, or similar hands-on experience
Basic knowledge of Windows OS and hardware setup
Strong communication and teamwork skills
